Return Exchange & Refund Policy

Decked Up wants to ensure you have a positive experience shopping for their Indian Casual Ethnic Outfits. However, they understand there might be situations where you need to return or cancel your order. Here's a breakdown of their cancellation and refund policy:

Return and Exchange Policy:

Easy Return and Exchange: After receiving the order, you can return the product due to any reasons within 48 hours. You can request an exchange within 7 days from receiving your order. Mail us at info@deckedupfashion.com for any return or exchange requests.

Return and Exchange Item Condition:  Items you want to return/exchange must be in the same new and unused condition (with tags attached, unworn, etc.).

Return and Exchange Fee: A nominal fee of ₹200/- applies for all exchange/return. This covers reverse pickup and delivery of the new item. Charged only once per order.

Price Difference: If you want to exchange for a more expensive item, you will need to pay the difference in price at the time of exchange.

  • Your order ID number
  • The size or style you'd like to exchange for (if applicable)
  • Video of the defected piece received or an image of the product if the size is wrong.

It's important to note that clear communication is key. If you forget to include important details in your order, such as your shipping address or garment measurements, Decked Up will try to contact you via email and phone. If they don't hear back from you within 15 days, they may cancel your order and issue you a refund. They will keep you updated throughout this process via email.

Cancellations:

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it for a full refund, but only if it's a Non-Ready to Ship item and you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. This is because Decked Up starts processing orders quickly, and items may have already gone through several stages by the 24-hour mark.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours, Decked Up understands situations arise. They will handle these cancellations on a case-by-case basis and you will get a full refund in 5-7 working days. 

There are also instances where unforeseen circumstances might delay your order. In such cases, Decked Up will contact you and offer opting for a full refund.
