Return Exchange & Refund Policy
Easy Return and Exchange: After receiving the order, you can return the product due to any reasons within 48 hours. You can request an exchange within 7 days from receiving your order. Send the details to Chat Box on Website or Whatsapp/Contact us on- +918529792365
Return and Exchange Fee: A nominal fee of ₹200/- per product applies for all return and exchange.
Return and Exchange Item Condition: Items you want to return/exchange must be in the same new and unused condition (with tags attached, unworn, etc.).
Price Difference: If you want to exchange for a more expensive item, you will need to pay the difference in price at the time of exchange.

- The size or style you'd like to exchange for (if applicable)
- Video of the defected piece received or an image of the product if the size is wrong.

Cancellations:
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it for a full refund, but only if it's a Non-Ready to Ship item and you cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. This is because Decked Up starts processing orders quickly, and items may have already gone through several stages by the 12-hour mark.
For orders cancelled after 12 hours, Decked Up understands situations arise. They will handle these cancellations on a case-by-case basis and you will get a full refund in 5-7 working days.
There are also instances where unforeseen circumstances might delay your order. In such cases, Decked Up will contact you and offer opting for a full refund.
